Questions about Boner Town

Shipping

Is my billing and packaging discreet?

Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes, and the shipper is listed as “MANA WHOLESALE.” Charges on your card will appear as “MANA WHOLESALE.”

When will my order ship?

We aim to fulfill and process your order with the shipping carrier within 24 hours. Business days are Monday through Friday. Note that any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

When will my package be delivered?

Once your order is processed and fulfilled by the shipping carrier, Boner Town cannot guarantee the shipping times quoted. Any delays in receiving your order due to weather conditions or other natural causes are outside our control. Ground orders in Florida are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped to the Western United States typically are delivered within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Do I need to sign my package upon delivery?

Orders we ship do not require a signature; however, if you want to add this feature, please get in touch with us at (sales@bonertown.com or 1-561-599-6262).

What shipping carriers do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses will always ship via USPS.

Do you ship Internationally?

Boner Town only ships to the United States, and we are currently only shipping to approved states within the US.

Boner Town is not responsible for orders once they have left our facility. Boner Town bears no responsibility or risk for importing our products that conflict with government regulations.

What if an item is out of stock?

Items that are out of stock will need to be reordered. We do not automatically process back-ordered items; you will not be charged for them.

Will I pay tax on my order?

We charge and collect applicable sales tax on the merchandise we sell by state and local laws and remit the tax collected to the appropriate state and locality. Sales tax is calculated on the purchase price of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges may also be calculated depending on whether the state or locality requires tax collection on shipping and handling charges. Generally, the sales tax is determined based on where the product is to be shipped by the laws of that state and locality.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my product or get a refund?

At Boner Town, we stand behind the products we sell. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. If you receive a defective product, we will provide a replacement or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products not purchased from Boner Town or Bonertown.com.

How do I make an exchange?

If you purchased online, you can exchange for the same item or an item of equal value by contacting us at (561) 599-6262 or by emailing sales@bonertown.com.
